Reminder of Participation Conditions for the International Summer School: "Integrated Water Monitoring Assessment Across Time and Scale"

Registration and Payment of Fees
Students admitted to the Summer School, subject to their administrative registration with the University of Pisa, are authorized to proceed with the payment of the registration fee, amounting to €750 (including VAT). This payment must be made no later than April 15, 2025, to definitively confirm their participation.

Transportation Costs
Each participant is responsible for covering all travel expenses for their round trip, from their place of residence to the meeting point at INSPE de Corse (Corte, France).

Insurance and Administrative Requirements
Participants declare that they are covered by valid civil liability insurance for the entire duration of the Summer School. They also undertake to comply with all residency requirements in France.

Procedures for International Participants
International students are fully responsible for any necessary visa application procedures, if applicable. In the event of visa refusal or withdrawal for any reason, no refund will be issued after March 31, 2025.

The amount of €750 (including VAT) covers accommodation, meals, and transportation to the study sites for the period from June 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM to June 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM. This amount does not include travel expenses for the round trip between the participant's place of residence and the meeting point in Corte, France.
